Washington Gas Installs Wrong Meter and Regulators at Loudoun County Jail

I wonder is this is due to the budget cuts and outsourcing at Washington Gas?

Another problem that has already been fixed involved some of the heating systems in the jail shutting off. Washington Gas and county representatives determined that the wrong meter and regulators were installed, resulting in a gas supply shortage. Washington Gas corrected the problem.

I hope this isn't a glimpse at what's to come...
